Where We've Been:
Since our last post, I started a new job. As I believe has been mentioned before, I am an educator and for the previous 9 years I worked at a school for children with Autism while I was finishing up my degree, starting and raising a family, other extracurricular stuffs (Freemasonry) and the list goes on. All that I had left with my degree was my Student Teaching and the related coursework that went along with that process but the school I worked at did not meet the requirements for my
Another thing that has begun to take more of my time and energy is Freemasonry. Even before starting the blog, Freemasonry has been a major part of my life. I am proud to be a member of this Fraternity and over the course of the last year and a half I have assumed more responsibilities in the organization, from serving as an officer in the Grand Lodge, being invited to other organizations, and serving my local Lodge as Worshipful Master. All of this has taken time and energy as well.
On top of having a two year old, a five year old and a wife to keep happy. Unfortunately the blog gave a little within the last year. For those who did read the blog and enjoyed the content, I apologize.
Where We're Going:
We are back!
One of the struggles in getting back to the blog has been remembering WHY I started it in the first place. The impetus for getting the blog started was because I couldn't find any decent information regarding fishing some of the smaller streams throughout Utah. I wanted to make a repository for that information and hopefully give some others an easier time to get into fish on those streams. Fly Fishing is a way for us to merge both our primitive need to overcome nature with the higher reasoning
We are going to start with making one post a week, at least, of content. Hopefully it will be meaningful to all of our readers and encourage all of us to get back out into Nature!
